May this message reach you in the best of Iman. Masha'Allah the sisters in Laurel community did not know of her situation until we contacted them. Masha'Allah they got together and did a quick fundraiser for her and now her telephone is back on and her rent will be paid soon. However, Our concern is next month. She is still in need of your support for next month. We are having her fill out applications at other Islamic facilities to ensure that she is taken care of until we can find a solution for her problem on a monthly bases. Just to let you know that the amount she requested is not the whole amount she needed, she just mention partial of her bill of what they needed to not evict her and the sister and partial payment of her telephone bill as well. Isn’t this sister also renting from Muslimah. The only source of income that the Muslim sister she is renting from is her rent. Since this sister can not pay her rent to the Muslim sister she is renting from, the other Muslimah is now also left without money. So this sister’s situation is affection two family.
