As much as it’s a bad news that more people need to use food banks, it’s an opportunity for good-deed lovers, especially Muslims. Now, this is a new venue for Muslims to show that they care and that part of the Islamic teaching is feeding the needy people, especially people in your neighborhood.

The Prophet (peace and prayer be upon him) said, “It’s not a believer who goes to bed well-fed while his neighbor is hungry next to him.”
