<description>As-salaamu alaikum wa rahamatullahi wa barakaatuhu,
First, I would like to say that it is always sad when a divorce occurs. It is always the children that suffer the most. May Allah make it easy for everyone involved and rectify everyone&#039;s affairs. Ameen.
I would like to know if you can make a few things clear for us, inshaa&#039;Allah. I know that you gave your phone number, but many of us may have the same questions, so can you respond directly to this list.

1. I am not clear on where the children are. I thought that a post stated that social service had taken the children because the mother&#039;s house was not fit. Then a post stated that the children were with the grandmother &quot;long story&quot;. Who has the children? How long have they been there-months? years? Have they really been there for a long time-as true muslim mentioned? Were they taken or were they really given to the grandmother? The Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam said to speak the truth even if it be against our ownselves.

2. You called on the Muslims for our aid and it was given by the Mercy of Allah within the two week time frame. You said that they would return the children in two weeks if the repairs were made. Do you now have the children? If so, when were you going to tell us? We are all awaiting the day that Allah places them in the best place for them. If you do not have them, why? Two weeks...almost two months have past.

3. Now that you mentoined the house in which you live is a safe refuge, and not your home-as was first mentioned-does that mean that the money you received was used for repairs on the masjid on Harford Road? Did you really ask us for donations so that the masjid could get fixed? The truth shall always prevail and falsehood will always perish.

4. If it is the property of the masjid, will social service allow you and the children to live in a shelter? Or will you need to move again? Will you need more money for the move?

5. I see that you have warned against backbiting and slandering. May Allah protect us all from it and forgive us for what we have done in the past, especially those of the Muslims that are repeating your story of your battle of custody without verifying it with those that will speak the truth of the matter-the grandmother, the father, a social service representinve, an attorney on this case, etc. Ameen.

Even though you mentioned backbiting and slandering in reference to true muslim, you did not deny anything mentioned in the post. In fact, you confirmed-after true muslim exposed it-that the house for which you took the money is not your home. Truly Allah will reveal in His own time all that is hidden of the whole truth in its entirety and those who cause fitnah. Would you like to clarify anything else before something else is exposed? The Prophet sallallhu alaihi wa sallam told us to speak the truth even if it is against our ownselves.

You told us to check out your story at mdjudiciary.com. When i went there, I did not see anything that would substantiate your story, except that there is a custody case between you and the children&#039;s grandparents. There has been no motion or action that states that social service took your children. By the way, for those that do not know you by your birth name, you did not provide one so that they could make an attempt to verify your story. Can you provide that for them, so that they can see what you want them to see inshaa&#039;Allah?

6. Of the list of things that you posted that you purchased with our donations, some of them were not needed to make the house suitable for the children. It seems that you bought things to make life easier for you at our expense-dual door refrig (cost more than the basic refrig.-lots more), washer and dryer (they would still give you the kids without these), etc. Neither of these things were on your posted list of needed things.

Please be advised. When you ask for sadaqah and you receive it, the money is to be spent on what it was asked for and on what it was given for-like the bunkbed, towels, blankets, repairs, and those other things you listed that you needed. But true muslim did tell us that the repairs needed did not equal 2500 dollars. May Allah guide us aright and protect us from the evils of craving wealth. Ameen.

As I type this, I feel very sad. The Muslims were misled. I feel that the Muslims have been cheated again. Some may have given money that they really did not have. We want to give our money to help the Muslims. But, we want to give it to those who need it, and do not make up lies to get our money.

But I know that no deed that is done for the sake of Allah goes unnoticed or unrewarded. What makes me sad is not the money that was given, but the lies that were told and unheld to get it. I know that you were in a situation and wanted help, but the first thing you should have done was look at what your hands put forth. And even though most of the Muslims may not know what you&#039;ve done in this situation to make it as it is, you know, there are others that know, and most importantly...Allah knows.

You should have just told the truth from the beginning. Allah loves good and only accepts good. How can you smile so big in your pictures? How can you go to sleep at night, knowing you lied to Muslims all over the world and collected and spent their money?

May Allah guide us and you. Ameen. May Allah bless us to take the words of His Book and apply it is ourselves first. Ameen. And, may He bless this ummah to be those who will be upright, such that when a matter is presented to us, we verify it first. Ameen. May Allah guide us to know and understand that not a leaf falls, but He knows it. Truly Allah will reveal what is hidden.

And to my Muslim Brothers and Sisters, I say, do not always be so quick to give your money away. Do not be so quick to become easy victims. Even the beggers on the street have begun to see us as easy targets. Begin to see beggers as beggers. Even when they are on the internet.

The same way you might question the begger on the street, question those on the internet. I am not saying do not give, because there are some people that find themselves in true hardships that they have not brought on themselves. I am saying we have to ascertain the truth and stop those that are oppressive to others and themselves. For they truly may not know the greatness of their evil-even though they know it is evil. &quot; And when it is said to them, &#039;Make not mischief on the earth&#039;, they say: &#039;We are only peacemakers.&#039; Verily, they are the ones that make mischief and they perceive not.&quot; 2:11-12

May Allah guide us all to the straight path and save us from the evil of our own souls and the evil plots of others. Ameen.

As Salaamu Alaykum wa Rahmatulahi wa Barakatuhu,
Alhamdulilahir Rabbil Alameen in all circumstances, may Allah reveal all that is hidden of the whole truth in it&#039;s entirety and those who seek to cause fitnah and discord in the Earth shall not be successful in this life nor in the hereafter, Allah knows best in these matters, for Allah is swift in the gathering of Accounts and Reckoning, mashaallah. By the way, all monies raised for the &quot;Umm Aminah&quot; drive has accountability with receipts of all purchases including but not limited to; 1.) Bunkbed (IKEA RETAILER), 2.) Reconditioned Washer / Dryer Stack (Apartment Unit), 3.) Reconditioned Dual Door Refrigerator / Freezer 4.) Gas / Electric Utilities 5.) Clothing Storage Units (IKEA RETAILER), 6.) groceries to fill the refrigerator, 7.) Small household items such as kitchenwares that were not included in other donations, 8.) small cosmetic repairs to the property such as two cutout holes which needed to be drywalled / plastered; caulking around windows and baseboards; painting touch ups; materials purchased at a local &quot;HOME DEPOT&quot; and labor cost for the handywork. If you would like to verify this you may contact Sister Nadia McIntosh of Women&#039;s Affairs of AlMumtahinah Home. Halfdate.com knows the contact information for Sister Nadia who helped assist me with setting up this fundraising drive, mashaallah, as well as Imam Mateen at Masjid Al Muminiin in Baltimore, MD; phone number is (410) 467-8798. The property where I&#039;m located is 2638 Harford Road Baltimore, MD 21218, it is adjacent to the main building of the Masjid and also is where Muslimah&#039;s pray for Jumaah Salaat. It is a safe refuge for me and my children until I can get myself reestablished and settled on my own. Allah (SWT) tell us that the men are the protectors and maintainers of the women. Certainly, for Sisters like myself who have no Muslim relatives to speak of to look after my affairs, then it is the responsibility of the Imam &amp; the Muslims within the Community as a whole to protect the women. May Allah guide those who have been misled off the straight path of the deen of Islam, Ameen. Jazakullahu Khayr.

		<description>Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem,
As Salaamu Alaykum wa Rahmatulahi wa Barakutuhu,
Alhamdulilahir Rabbil Alameen in all circumstances, may Allah grant me, my family and the believers refuge and protection from every devil, every vermin and every evil eye, Ameen.
The best speech is the speech of Allah and the best guidance is the guidance of Allah (SWT) and his Messenger (SAW). Whomever Allah guides none can misguide and whomever Allah misguides none can guide. It&#039;s truly sad and quite disturbing that a muslim who refers to himself as a &quot;TRUE MUSLIM&quot; has resorted to &quot;slandering and backbiting (eating the flesh)&quot; of another muslim. The Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is to get both sides of a situation, mashaallah. The truth shall always prevail and falsehood shall always perish. To all the true believers who would like a bonafide confirmation of the truth you can search google and type in mdjudiciary.com it&#039;s a matter of public record. Anyone can launch false accusations against anyone who doesn&#039;t have guidance in his heart and is being misled by the whisperings of the Shaitan and I hope and pray that this &quot;TRUE MUSLIM&quot; never finds himself / herself in this situation. Also, you may contact me direct at (443) 531-5321, anytime, day or night, inshaallah. Jazakullahu Khayr
